Following an intensive auditing process by bsi, leading aluminium fabricator CDW Systems has achieved the coveted ISO 9001 certification once again.
ISO 9001 is recognised internationally as the world’s most widely adopted Quality Management System (QMS) and it demonstrates CDW Systems’ commitment to quality products and services for customers.
Over the last 12 months the company, part of the East Manor Group, has implemented new procedures and processes to help improve as a company and deliver the highest possible customer service with the help of Kevin Godden, Group Compliance Manager.
Kevin said: “Our content management system has been in place for more than five years and is audited every two to meet the exacting ISO 9001 standards set.
“At CDW Systems we have always been all about improvement and delivering high quality services to customers on a consistent basis and we have taken on board what we have needed to do, made the changes, and it has worked.
“I’ve had a lot of help from a lot of people in the company and the directors have supported me in that – it shows how dedicated everyone is to making sure these professional standards continue to be met and that we do business in the right way.”
The company’s Group Chairman, Jeremy Phillips, commented: “One of the things customers have always been guaranteed when dealing with CDW Systems is that all our products meet the correct industry standards and regulations, and we are a trusted supplier.
